Romanesque Traditions - Cherry Festival

Monastery of Saint Andrew of Ancede Interpretive Centre of Vine and Wine Monastery of Saint Mary of Cárquere Cherry Festival
For two days, cherries give a different colour to Resende, while several folklore and traditional music bands animate the village. On Sunday afternoon there is a parade, where about a thousand extras embody a parade with floats in which, as it might be expected, the cherry deserves a prominent place.
