The Bridge of Carcavelos is one of the many bridges scattered across the geographical perimeter of the municipality of Resende, which is crossed by three valleys and three rivers: the Cabrum, the Bestança and the Corvo. This bridge, which links the parishes of Resende and Cárquere allowing the passage over the river Corvo, features a rectangular platform that rests on a large round arch.
