A circular trail (5.4 km) that begins and ends in the leisure park of Alhões. It begins along an asphalt road, turning immediately to the left, down a dirt road that, at some point, is walled. It reaches an old path that crosses several water lines where the route follows on to the right. It continues towards the plateau, following a trail between walls up to the junction where the route continues to the right towards Alhões. It crosses the entire village, the asphalt road and enters another path, up to the leisure park.
