This is a linear route (2.7 km) that starts at the Interactive Tourism Shop of Cinfães or at the Environmental Interpretive Centre of the Bestança Valley. Following the recommended direction, it follows the asphalt road towards east and, after a slight ascent, it exits the Village of Cinfães along a track between houses. It goes on along a dirt road up to the paved road. A little further down this road, it turns left along an ancient trail between walls. It continues along a medieval road that leads to Pias, crosses the national road 222 and enters the narrow streets leading to the Environmental Interpretive Centre.
