Located in the Penafiel Urban Park, these facilities are used not only for exhibitions, but also for road safety awareness and prevention activities for schools, restoration activities and motor sport gatherings.

This museum also honours the sporting career of Joaquim Santos (1952-2024), a four-time national rally champion, with a permanent exhibition of his cups, photographs, videos and personal objects and those of the Diabolique Motorsport team.
