Housed in the Monastery of Vilela, the Paredes Furniture Museum was established to preserve, promote and pass on an identity deeply rooted in wood.

By bringing together traditional craftsmanship, industrial heritage and contemporary creativity, the museum gives new recognition to the woodworking arts of Paredes, a heritage built up over generations.
