Promoted by Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Penafiel, this route aims to encourage religious tourism within the municipality. Penafiel, the second oldest town in the district of Porto, has eight churches and two chapels, and the route is divided into two itineraries (a pedestrian one and one by mini-bus).
