Casa de Avessões has an area of around 18 hectares of vineyards, planted halfway up the hillside, which benefit from admirable sun exposure. Granite soils and a temperate microclimate produce top quality wines from endogenous grape varieties, such as Azal, Arinto, Avesso, Loureiro, Fernão Pires Espadeiro and Vinhão.
