Here you'll be able to taste the famous "Doces de Serradelo", whose recipe has been handed down from generation to generation since the late 19th century and which are always present in the festivities and pilgrimages of Castelo de Paiva and the surrounding areas: "pão de ló dourado" (golden sponge cake), "melindres" and "cavacas".
