Founded in 1956 by Joaquim Ribeiro and Elisa Coutinho, Fábrica Duriense bakes some of the most famous artisanal biscuits in the territory of the Route of the Romanesque. "Pinhas de chocolate", "argolinhas de coco", "línguas de laranja" and lemon biscuits are just some of them.
