In the sub-region of Basto, Quinta da Raza has gentle slopes, magnificent exposure, an average altitude of 250 meters, granitic and predominantly clay-schist lands, rather uncommon in the Vinho Verde Region. So, it has a unique terroir, characterised by the quality of its Azal, Arinto, Vinhão and Alvarinho grapes.
