The 40th edition of AGRIVAL - Vale do Sousa Agricultural Fair will take place between 23 August and 1 September at the Penafiel Fair and Exhibition Centre. Once again, the Route of the Romanesque will be present in this great regional event.

For ten days, six municipalities of Sousa Valley (Castelo de Paiva, Felgueiras, Lousada, Paços de Ferreira, Paredes and Penafiel) and two of the Baixo Tâmega region (Amarante and Marco de Canaveses) will be in the limelight, as there will be one day dedicated to each municipality, turning this event into a great showcase of the best the region has to offer. As usual, the Spanish region of Galicia will also be entitled to a special day in the programme...

In a single space with an area of about 25,000 m2, you will find exhibitors operating in the areas of agricultural production, machinery, livestock, gastronomy, crafts, fashion, services and new technologies, as well as an extensive entertainment programme (music, dance, contests, colloquia, mountain bike tours...).

For the twelfth consecutive year, the Route of the Romanesque will be present at AGRIVAL, taking the opportunity to pursue its strategy of disseminating and promoting its tourist-cultural project among the general public and, in particular, among the local population.

Among the various activities that the Route of the Romanesque will offer throughout the event, we highlight its recreational-pedagogical activities aimed at children and teenagers.
