The Route of the Romanesque will take part in the third edition of Andar no Laréu, in Jazente, Amarante, between 23 and 25 May.

Andar no Laréu is an itinerant event that aims to enhance the local identity of Amarante's villages, highlighting the cultural and traditional dynamics of each location.

With a strong connection to nature and sustainability, it promotes local associations that preserve traditions and a sense of community.

On Saturday 24th, at 4.16pm, the Route of the Romanesque, under the theme Saints, Stones and Secrets, will organise the workshops Create your acronym and Let's build and adorn a monument at every step!, as well as a guided tour of the Church of Saint Mary of Jazente, one of the 58 monuments included in the Route of the Romanesque.
