On October, the Route of the Romanesque will be promoting a new guided tour to the Interpretation Centre of the Romanesque, in Lousada. REGISTRATIONS CLOSED!

Starting at 09h15 p.m. on Friday, 25, this visit will be yet another opportunity to (re)discover these excellent facilities aimed at disseminating the historical and cultural heritage of the Sousa, Douro and Tâmega Valleys, which opened to public on 27 September last year.

A privileged window over the history, the key players and the art which influenced this territory to the present day, with a special emphasis on the period between the 11th and the 14th centuries, the Portuguese Romanesque period.

The visit will cover the 650 square meters of the Interpretation Centre of the Romanesque's exhibition area and six thematic rooms..

Registration and participation in this guided night tour costs 4.5€ per person. Participants aged 65 or over get a 50% discount. Admission is free of charge for children up to 12 years of age (including).

Visitors must pay for the visit before it starts at the Interpretation Centre of the Romanesque.

This visit will only take place with a minimum of 10 (ten) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) participants.
